About Tiger
Fitness Expertise + Fun + Positive Motivation + Challenge = Tiger

I'm 39 years old raised in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, and I've been in Pasadena 15 years. My father was very active so naturally I was a tom girl playing golf, softball, volleyball, water skiing, hiking and biking. In high school and college I played racquetball and became a gym rat. Upon moving to Los Angeles I learned how to snowboard and mountain biking.

I worked in corporate America over a decade and just did not fit in. Upon finishing my MBA from Claremont Graduate University I followed my dreams to own my own company. The health care industry was the obvious "fit," and I've thoroughly enjoyed the rich life of aiding and abetting my clients (and really friends) with Fitting Fitness Into Busy Lives.

As my clients find fitness they also find a new source of strength and confidence creating a new found peace of mind and happiness. And it's this good cycle of exercise and happiness that makes the world a better place client by client. I feel so lucky.

To provide my clients with results, I seek the highest level of education possible that includes a wide range of topics. My national ranking credentials include the following:

  • National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Training Certification
  • Aerobics and Fitness Association of America Personal Training Certification
  • BOSU Personal Training Certification
  • STOTT Pilates Training in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Arch Barrel, Stability Chair, Spine Corrector and Ladder Barrel
  • CPR and First Aid Certification
In order to increase the 'workout fun factor' I incorporate many different pieces of equipment. My weapons of mild discomfort include:
  • Weights
  • Resistance tubing
  • Medicine balls
  • Stability balls
  • BOSU
  • Agility ladders
  • Cones for obstacle courses
  • Jump ropes
  • Mats
  • Pilates reformer (at my home)
  • Pilates stability chair (at my home)

Tiger's workout recommendation
The breeze is on your skin, the smell of the grass is around and your heart is pumping. Being in nature is renewing and fun. Training outside makes the hour fly right by leaving you wanting more. Bring a friend or spouse and we can have even more fun with the workout.
