First Meeting

During our first meeting, I want you to feel comfortable with me and begin building trust. Some people are nervous at the first meeting which is completely natural. One gift I have is to make people feel comfortable; I am not judgmental, but I am understanding and helpful.

To help you feel more comfortable, I’m outlining our first meeting.

  • Answer any questions you have
  • Take your health history
  • Identify your goals
  • Identify a specific path to accomplishing your goals
  • Provide tools for your fitness success
  • Start exercising if we have time and you are ready
