Our First Meeting
Our first two meetings are free. My goals are for you to feel comfortable with me and provide customized recommendations. Some people are nervous at the first meeting which is completely natural. One gift I have is to make people feel at ease because I'm not judgmental, but I am understanding and helpful.
The first meeting is a meet and greet. You can kick my tires and see if you like me. And I will do the same (15 minutes).
During our health momentum consultation (our second meeting that's 60 minutes) we will:
• Answer any questions you have
• Take your health history
• Identify your goals
• Identify a specific path to accomplishing your goals
• Provide tools for your fitness success
• Start exercising if we have time and you are ready
