For 19 years I’ve been refining my unique fitness program that is targeted for ages 35 to 65.
I’m in my 50’s and know my way around a “gently used” body. (We’re not in our 20’s, and we don’t want a trainer in her/his 20’s.)

To provide my clients with results, I maintain the highest level of education possible that includes a wide range of topics. My national ranking credentials include the following:
• Aerobics and Fitness Association of America Personal Training Certification
• STOTT Pilates Training in Mat and Reformer
• CPR and First Aid Certification
I was raised in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and I’ve been in Pasadena over 25 years. My father was very active so naturally I was a Tom Girl.
I worked in corporate America over a decade and just did not fit in. Upon finishing my MBA from Claremont Graduate University I started my own company. The healthcare industry was the obvious “fit,” and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the rich life of aiding and abetting my clients (and really friends) with fitting fitness into busy lives.
